1. Agreement & Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OneSpace platform, services, member portals, mobile applications, and administrative software operated by GradSkills India Private Limited(“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By creating an account, registering a workspace, signing a membership agreement, or accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations in India.
2. Workspace Platform Services
OneSpace provides software solutions for coworking space operators, commercial real estate managers, enterprise tenants, and individual space members. Services include lead capture pipelines, floor plan mapping, seat allocation, visitor registration, digital contract signing, GST-compliant invoicing, UPI collection, and renewal management.
3. Account Registration & Security
Users must provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
4. Billing, Taxes & GST Compliance
All subscription fees, space rentals, desk allocations, and addon service charges are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable Goods and Services Tax (CGST/SGST or IGST) will be levied as required under Indian tax laws. Payment obligations are non-cancellable unless explicitly provided in your operator agreement.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, graphics, source code, workflows, trademarks, and documentation on OneSpace are the exclusive property of GradSkills India Private Limited. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the platform for workspace management.
