1. Scope of Agreement
This Operator Master Agreement (“Operator Terms”) is entered into between GradSkills India Private Limited (“Company”) and workspace operators, coworking owners, and commercial facility managers (“Operator”) utilizing the OneSpace platform for business management.
2. Workspace Provisioning & Data Ownership
Operators retain full ownership of their workspace data, member databases, floor plan layouts, quotation records, and financial contracts. OneSpace provides the infrastructure, database hosting, web application tools, and APIs to manage daily operations.
3. Billing, Invoicing & GST Compliance
The Operator is responsible for defining correct GST percentages, tax rates (CGST/SGST/IGST), SAC codes, and billing rules applied to member invoices. OneSpace automates invoice calculation and collection tracking based on Operator inputs.
4. Member Onboarding & Contract E-Signatures
OneSpace enables Operators to execute digital membership agreements and store signed PDFs. Operators warrant that all membership terms comply with local real estate laws, lease conditions, and safety regulations.
