2. Respect & Inclusivity

• Treat fellow community members, staff, and visitors with dignity, courtesy, and respect.
• Discrimination, harassment, offensive language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Maintain appropriate noise levels in open desk areas, phone booths, and shared lounges.

3. Resource & Facility Usage

• Book meeting rooms, conference booths, and event spaces through the OneSpace Member Portal prior to occupancy.
• Maintain cleanliness in communal kitchens, cafeterias, and desk bays.
• Respect facility security protocols, badge scanning, and visitor check-in procedures.

4. Reporting Issues

If you encounter any facility defect, safety concern, or misconduct, please submit a ticket via the OneSpace Member Portal or inform your on-site Community Manager immediately.
